If you use PayPal, you will need to tick the box to accept our Terms and Conditions and then you will be taken to the PayPal site to complete your order. Once you have completed your order, you will be brought back to the River Island site.

We are unable to process refunds to your PayPal account at our stores. If you wish your refund to be processed to your PayPal account, you should send your unwanted items back to us using the postal service, courier or Collect+. You are welcome to exchange goods bought via PayPal in our stores as usual.
